4. Obat-obatan diatas tidak bisa dikembalikan ke distributor/pabriknya bila rusak Dan itu berbahaya
bagi pembeli yang mengkonsumsinya.
5. Obat-obatan itu telah diproduksi secara tidak higienis di pabrik-pabriknya.

Awas Bahaya Tas Kresek Hitam

Di bawah ini ada artikel tentang bahaya tas kresek hitam, mudah-mudahan bermanfaat, bagi orang kimia tentunya bisa menjadi bahan kajian :
SETIAP hari, Ama Pau Wila berjualan kantong plastik di pasar Naikoten,Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Pria berusia 47 tahun itu mengakudagangannya laku 15 pak per hari. Harga satu pak Rp 5.000 - Rp 10.000,- Paling laris kantong plastik warna hitam. Yang warna merah dan kuningkurang laku. "Konsumen lebih suka yang hitam, karena isi belanjaannya tak kelihatan," katanya.
Boleh jadi, pendapatan Ama pada pekan-pekan ini bakal berkurang.Itu bila penduduk Kupang sudah memperoleh informasi dari Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Kupang. Isinya, kantong plastik warna hitam bersifat karsinogen bias menyebabkan kanker."Kami imbau agar masyarakat berhati-hati menggunakan kantong plastik hitam," kata Hein Moy, Direktur Utama RSU Kupang.Terutama bila dipakai untuk bungkus makanan. Kantong plastik itu resmi mengandung zat-zat karsinogen. Imbauan itu diberikan setelah ia mendapat informasi dari Pusat Data dan Informasi Persatuan Rumah Sakit Seluruh Indonesia (PERSSI), dua pekan silam. Di situ dikisahkan seorang pegawai pasar swalayan di Bandung, Jawa Barat, yang membeli tahu dan pisang goreng dari penjual makanan di dekat kantornya. Tahu dan pisang yang baru saja digoreng dibungkus dengan kantong kresek warna hitam. Sesampainya di kantor, gadis bernama Lina itu kaget begitu melihat warna tahu dan pisang goreng berubah kehitaman. Tapi, Lina tak ambil pusing. Ia tetap melahap pisang dan tahu goreng tersebut. Peristiwa seperti dialami Lina sering terjadi di masyarakat. Namun,warga cuek saja karena memang tidak tahu bahayanya.
Berubahnya warna makanan (gorengan) tersebut diduga karena bahan kimia yang ada di plastik itu sudah masuk ke dalam makanan. Dari kejadian itu, Pusat Data PERSSI lantas memberikan informasi mengenai bahaya kantong plastik tadi. "Kantong plastik hitam yang beredar saat ini resmi mengandung karsinogen," ujar Hein Moy. Ia memberikan peringatan, karena kantong plastik hitam berasal dari proses daur ulang yang diragukan kebersihan pemrosesannya. Seharusnya proses daur ulang diawasi instansi berkompeten. Rupanya, informasi dari PERSSI tak semuanya masuk ke rumah sakit. RS Hasan Sadikin, Bandung, misalnya, belum menerima informasi dari Pusat Data PERSSI.
"Kalau itu memang resmi dikeluarkan PERSSI dan terbukti secara ilmiah, kami akan umumkan kepada masyarakat. Sebab, banyak pedagang yang menggunakan pembungkus kantong plastik hitam," kata Cissy B.Kartasasmita, Direktur RS Hasan Sadikin.
Ketika dikonfirmasi, Robert Imam Sutedja, Ketua Kompartemen Umum PERSSI, mengaku tidak mengeluarkan surat edaran itu. "Kami tidak pernah melakukan riset tentang bahaya kantong plastik hitam," katanya.
Informasi tentang bahaya kantong plastik hitam ini ternyata dikeluarkan dalam satu artikel yang dibuat Iis Jatnika, reporter Pusat Informasi PERSSI. Iis mengaku terinspirasi menulis isu itu setelah mengamati proses pembuatan kantong plastik. Kantong itu diproses daur ulang.
Asalnya plastik dari tempat sampah yang jelas-jelas sudah terkontaminasi oleh berbagai kotoran. "Pada saat proses daur ulang, plastik tak pernah dibersihkan," kata Iis.
Made Arcana, ahli kimia dari Institut Teknologi Bandung, menduga berubahnya warna tahu dan pisang goreng itu karena masuknya zat pewarna plastik ke dalam makanan. "Zat pewarna hitam, kalau kena panas, bisa terurai, terdegradasi tentu saja ke bentuk radikal," ujarnya. Zat racun itu bisa bereaksi dengan cepat, seperti oksigen dan makanan. Kalaupun tak beracun, senyawa tadi bisa berubah jadi racun bila kena panas.
Karena itu, sebelum dimasukkan plastik, makanan harus dingin dan dibungkus kertas lebih dulu. Dedi Fardiaz, Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Keamanan Pangan dan Bahan Berbahaya, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (POM), mengaku belum mendapatkan laporan dari PERSSI.
Namun, ia menyambut gembira informasi itu. "Bisa menyadarkan banyak orang," katanya. Dedi membenarkan sejumlah kantong kresek berasal dari proses daur mulang. Zat-zat itu memang bersifat karsinogen. Cuma, apakah munculnya kanker ini disebabkan plastik itu atau karena mengonsumsi makanan tercemar kantong plastic beracun, harus dibuktikan. Sebab, banyak faktor yang menentukan, misalnya kekerapan orang mengonsumsi makanan yang tercemar, sistem kekebalan, factor genetik, kualitas plastik, dan makanan. "Bila terakumulasi, memang bisa menimbulkan kanker," kata Dedi. POM sangat memperhatikan masalah ini. Pihaknya sudah menetapkan batasan penggunaan bahan plastik Vinyl chlorida maksimal 0,5 part per million. Selain itu, POM juga sudah membentuk tim yang akan mengatur soal bahan material yang berkontak dengan makanan.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.


2. Overeating

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2.
Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4.
Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6.
Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible
reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'



Because:

Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.


Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am:
